This review is from: Hi-Speed 7 Port USB 2.0 Hub +Power AC Adapter for PCI was excited to get this hub as I wanted to connect some external drives to my network. Unfortunately, once all devices were plugged in my computer only recognized one device (I have since purchased a different hub and all devices are located). The device also has different colored lights- which is a nice feature if you need to plug in different items in a dark area. However there is a light in the center of the unit that continously flashes- which becomes annoying after awhile (and it cannot be turned off). The device also comes apart easily. Instead of going cheap I recommend purchasing a more expensive unit (found similar item for $40.00)....
