They said they received our submission, but we never received the check. So, if you buy it, don't expect to get the rebate money back. Hate rebates!!...

I bought this for my husband and when he installed it he discovered it did not work automatically. He has to push the buttons to change it to the computer he's using to use the printer, it does not do it automatically. He has a desktop and a laptop with Win 7 and one laptop with XP. You can contact him at frankfife@q.com or by phone 435-882-3992. Maybe this can be worked out so he won't have to sent it back.

Both computers stay in one place and I got tired of connecting and disconnecting the one printer for each computers use. Now I click an icon and switch from one to the other without any difficulty. No ware and tear on connectors....
