It seems the single USB plug that goes into the computer is loose, and the slightest touch will disconnect anything plugged into it. I have not mistreated it or bent the cords at all; it has just been sitting in my USB port. If you don't mind your computer disconnecting, detecting and then not recognizing your USB devices every couple of minutes then this is for you. If not, spend a little more and get something that works; it is not worth the effort to send this back....

It takes 20 minutes for it to transfer a 700 MB movie onto my USB drive. Something that normally takes less than 1 minute. Do NOT buy this product!...
