USB 2.0 4-port HUB Black

The mini plug was loose in the hub's connector, so it would frequently fall out with just minor movements of the laptop. Also, there seemed to be a problem when I used it for even a simple non-self-powered device like a wireless keyboard/mouse receiver. The receiver would lose power and the other items on the hub also would lose communication with the laptop. The laptop is a Dell Inspirion 5160 and has a USB 2.0 host, so it's not like the components were el cheapo....
This review is from: USB 2.0 4-PORT Hub BlackI bought this in May 2009 and have had nothing but trouble with it. The USB B port and the power port are misaligned. It is very difficult to plug in the USB cable. The package clearly says there is an AC power adapter included. There is not. There isn't even a place in the packaging to put one. I cannot get Actiontech to respond to this problem. Unable to find an AC adapter on the Internet that will work.
I am very disappointed in this product and the lack of response from Manufacturer....
