This review is from: Nu Wireless Audio KitThis thing has some quirks that negate much of its usefulness. It has a five minute inactivity timeout, so you have to frequently power on the device. This is a real pain if your intention is to use a stereo system across the room from where you're sitting with your laptop. Also, you can't control the volume from your laptop -- you have to use the device receiver's volume control or the stereo system's volume control (and my stereo doesn't have a remote). Using a long cable from the receiver to the stereo can allow better access to the power and volume controls, but the volume control is very slow to respond and there's no mute.
The instructions are poor, and pairing wouldn't work for me until I reversed the specified order, pressing the receiver button first, followed by the dongle button.
The only positive I can come up with for this thing, and the main reason I bought it, is that unlike bluetooth audio there is no audio lag when watching video.
Overall, the inconvenience of using it is worse than the inconvenience of having an extra cable attached to my laptop....

My experience with this device has been anything but hassle free and the limited documentation provided does not list a customer service website or phone number....
